Outside of work, DeAnna is a multi-passionate creative who once earned the nickname “queen of the side hustle.” She spent her 20s and 30s touring internationally as a rock and Latin musician - all while holding down award-winning leadership roles in the corporate world. That same rhythm, presence, and fearless energy now powers her keynotes and her work with organisations worldwide.

When she’s not on stage or in strategy mode, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband and their energetic, imaginative four-year-old, making art, writing, playing music, reading, or wandering through the woods with a good podcast.

A Californian who now calls the UK home, DeAnna brings warmth, irreverence, and cross-cultural insight to everything she does. Her work is grounded in deep purpose, lived experience, and a belief that no one should have to hide who they are to thrive.
